These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Ekkono Futbol USA LLC d/b/a The Ekkono Engine (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 4968 Wyaconda Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852. By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

The Ekkono Engine provides the following services:

• Online coaching courses and educational content;
• Essential, Premium and Elite membership subscriptions;
• Individual Player Progress Program (IPPP) analysis and coaching reports;
• Domestic clinics, camps, and coaching education events;
• International trips to Spain for players and coaches.

Services may be updated, expanded, or discontinued at any time. Descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and Shop Pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

• Memberships: Essential, Premium and Elite memberships bill on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
• One-time purchases: Courses, IPPP plans, trip deposits, and clinic registrations are charged in full at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and account information current. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policies vary by product:

• Online courses: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. After that, refunds are not available.
• Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@ekkonoengine.com, or through the Shopify customer portal link included in your subscription confirmation email if your plan is billed as a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Clinics and camps: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for no-shows.
• International trips: Trip deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of departure. Deposits and payments may be transferable to another eligible participant, subject to approval and any applicable fees. Final trip payments are due according to the schedule provided at registration.
• IPPP and player analysis services: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis once analysis has begun. If no analysis work has started, a full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase.

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Soccer training, camps, clinics, and international travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, and travel disruption. By participating, you (and, if applicable, the participant’s parent or legal guardian) voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Ekkono Futbol USA LLC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in our programs, except for liability caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Media Release

Participants may be photographed or filmed during sessions, camps, clinics, and trips for program delivery, coaching review, and internal training purposes. Marketing or public use of any photo, video, or testimonial will only be made with separate, explicit consent. If you or your child should not appear in marketing materials, please notify us in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, drills, methodology materials, trademarks, logos, and written materials are the intellectual property of Ekkono Soccer Services Barcelona and are licensed to Ekkono Futbol USA LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for personal or internal club use.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share course materials;
• Use Ekkono trademarks or branding without prior written permission;
• Create derivative works from our methodology content for commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

When using our site and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with the security or operation of our site;
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to paid content;
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against staff, coaches, or other participants.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results, skill improvements, or outcomes from participation in any program. We make no warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
