EKKONO Engine Coaches Academy
Build a clearer way to THINK, TRAIN and COACH the game
Structured methodology based on perception, decision-making and tactical fundamentals — for coaches, analysts and methodology-driven minds. 7 out of 10 members are coaching professionally.
The problem
More football content does NOT create better coaching decisions
Coaches today can access more analysis, drills and tactical ideas than ever. The real challenge is connecting that information into a clear way of understanding the game, designing training, and helping players make better decisions.
Understand
Clearer game understanding
Interpret football situations through tactical fundamentals, perception cues, and player relationships.
Train
More intentional training design
Transform game concepts into exercises and learning environments that connect to your team.
Coach
Better player decision-making
Help players perceive the right information and decide under pressure.
The framework
One loop, repeated until it changes behavior.
Every lesson in the academy sits somewhere on this loop.
Game Understanding
Recognize tactical problems, player relationships and collective behaviors across game phases.
Perception
Help players identify the information they need before receiving, moving, passing or defending.
Decision-Making
Connect tactical intentions with the decisions players make under pressure.
Training Transfer
Turn concepts into exercises, constraints and interventions that change real behavior.
